I build software end to end and lead the teams that ship it — turning messy problems into clear products, setting direction, and helping engineers do their best work. That comes from years of founding and growing startups, where I learned to own the whole stack from idea to launch. Outside work, I make music and enjoy building things just for the fun of it.

Sr. Engineering Manager at Winmore

Today, I lead the engineering team behind AllocationAI at Winmore, building AI-powered solutions for the logistics industry. My role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, architecture, and AI, with a focus on solving real-world problems through simple, practical software.

Past projects

  • Spent about five years with Ecobillz, a Bangalore startup helping premium hotels go digital. I worked across the stack — new features, integrations, the usual day-to-day of keeping a product moving — for places like ITC, Taj, and Oberoi.

  • I co-founded GoodFlow with a longtime friend. It’s a no-code tool for startups and SMEs to run their processes without writing code. I still dig into the product side — workflows, automation, and wiring things up with other apps.

  • Before that, Appradius was my first company — a small studio building websites, web apps, and mobile apps for clients around the world. Roughly thirty projects later, it taught me how to ship under real deadlines.

  • Basket was an early side adventure: a read-later app for the web, Chrome, and Android. You saved links, and it kept the content available offline. It ran for a couple of years, then we shut it down — still one of my favorite things I’ve built.
